I worked with CJ Pennington to purchase my first home and CJ was so informative and answered everything thoroughly. In a very competitive market, I've noticed some agents either pressuring clients or giving clients the advice to waive inspections or overbid despite actual value etc. and NEVER felt pressure of any type by CJ to do those things. He gave great advice on all of those items and was honest when something just didn't make sense despite the crazy market maybe making it seem like it did. CJ is also extremely responsive, typically responds in a few minutes and if there was a listing I wanted to look at, he'd be able to show it to me within the day. CJ also let me take the lead on what houses I wanted to look at and I never felt like my time was wasted by looking at a bunch of random houses I had no interest in. He helped me through a "bidding war" to finally get me my first home and did so in a way that made sense AND won me the house. I can't recommend him enough!

I saw the Shores Real Estate 2024 calendar on the fridge this morning and it dawned on me that I never left a review. I immediately felt regret, because not many times will you work with with professionals of this caliber, in any capacity. One of the biggest decisions in many individuals lives will be purchasing their first home. Around a year ago when homes seemingly were gone minutes after the listing was placed online somehow, we decided to do just that. We were looking at houses for an extended period of time on our own.
